Unity Staffing Ltd was founded in Hammersmith and Fulham, West London by a former Jobcentre Plus Disability Employment Adviser with over five years of experience supporting disabled people and those with health conditions into sustainable employment.
Having worked directly with disabled jobseekers, carers and families, our founder saw first-hand how difficult it was for Direct Payment recipients to find reliable, vetted PAs and Carers, and how little support existed for the administrative burden of employing someone directly.

Unity Staffing Transport provides TfL licensed transport and experienced passenger assistants for SEN school runs, medical appointments and community journeys for disabled children and adults across West London.
All our drivers hold a valid TfL Private Hire Vehicle licence and an Enhanced DBS certificate with the Children's Barred List check. Every journey is logged and every passenger is safely handed over at pickup and drop-off.
